Like to make my own kiln cement that I can fire at cone 11 without any
problems.

I have used 140TW Sodium Silicate and Kaolin (China Clay) mixed to a
soft paste. The items to be joined need to be pre-wetted or they extract
all the moisture and the joint fails.
