I just spoke with Carolyn Dorr up at ACerS.
She has confirmed that their Clayart servers are down.
The gentleman handling their IT is away due to a death in the family
and they are working hard to fix the problem in his absence.
They will resolve it as quickly as they can, but it may take some
time.
