For a number of years, I have seen how the police chiefs, police
commanders, city officials have received enormous kickbacks from the
real estate mafia and vice versa.

One of the many forms the scam takes place is that the police and city
officials (recall the BTK killer who raped a number of women and then
killed them was a city inspector) scout around for victims. Then they
tip off their associates in the real estate mafia. The real estate
agent goes and buys properties, similar to occupying the a place on a
chess board. The real estate agent with the collaboration of the agent
then plays hide and seek games and creates trouble. The police keeps
tipping him off and abetting him in consolidating his position.
Coldwell banker has a secret manual on such scams over a 1000 pages,
that they call their strategy manual. In a military style, it covers
terrain, weather and what not.

In return for their favors, the police and city officials get to buy
posh properties at well below market prices. The transactions of
favors often constitute a network so that A does favors to B who does
to C who will do it in return to A. Its not always direct, A to B and
back.

Go to any coldwell banker site and take a look at the profile of the
real estate agents. Then meet them in person and see how crooked they
really are.

You may be going to them as their client telling them all your needs.
Yet you will find out what they are really doing is sizing you and
finding your vulnerabilities. Once they find your sensitive spot, they
will grab you by it.

Never meet them in their offices. Always arrange a meeting in a
neutral avenue.

The question is: How to get this police-city officials-real estate
mafia busted. Is it in the jurisdiction of the FBI?

Feel free to reply via email.
