Hi. I've been trying to find this mark in books (American made
pottery) but with no success. I would appreciate very much if anyone
can help me identify this mark, such as who or which company made it.

Additional info, if it's helpful:

I found out this item was a gift during late 1970s from a Malaysian
family.
