Just took my first class with Boro and need to get started. Looking for
anyone with supplies to start my torch work.

get an account with a wholesalers, like art glass house in Atlanta and
florida.

you will need a tax number...but prices are so much lower

I don't think that will work.

If I recall correctly, Art Glass House requires a photo of your store front
and a copy of your Yellow Pages ad in addition to the Tax ID number.

Since the original poster just took his first class, I'm guessing he's a
long way from hanging out a shingle.

Dennis Brady, on the other hand, would be happy to sell a kiln to "anybody".
