I have a painting by William E. Harris (British, 1860-1930) but there
is nothing to find about him except from what I just wrote above here.
I wonder whether there might be anyone out there knowing anything about
him and also something about what a painting (Oil)might be worth.
Painted in 1899 or 97. Itīs a bit hard to see.
